The Strike Industries AMBI magazine release is an upgrade to the standard Mil-Spec AR-15 magazine catch. Compatible with any mil-spec lower receiver, the AMBI magazine release is an easy-to-install drop-in component that includes everything needed to replace an existing magazine catch or install it on a brand-new lower receiver. This magazine catch is constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum with an anodized black finish and features a low profile yet highly ergonomic surface, providing an enhanced surface to facilitate weapon manipulation. The ambidextrous nature of this mag catch is perfect for left-handed shooters but also provides important flexibility for right-handed users, allowing magazine changes to be carried out from a wider range of positions.
