Magpul's MOE 1911 Grip Panels were designed based on input from Magpul's instructors from the Magpul Training division. The instructors were searching for a 1911 grip with advanced features with improved control characteristics and all at a Magpul price point. These are the grips that were developed from that symposium. The grip panels are made from heavy duty reinforced polymer with a unique diamond-shaped cross section. This particular grip is designed to fit full size framed 1911's and similar pattern clones with a standard grip screw bushing.
